Redefining international recruitment

Our entrepreneurial journey began in the landscaping and construction field. In 2014, we recognized the opportunity to recruit international talents.

This initial venture in Mexico proved successful, leading to an annual increase in the number of recruited workers. In 2018, a strategic decision was made: to cease landscaping operations and focus entirely on international recruitment, marking the birth of Equinox World.

Since then, our development has been rapid. In Montreal, our headquarters houses a business development department, a legal team specializing in immigration, and an integration team. Meanwhile, the opening of our office in Mexico has become a key element of our strategy. This office is not just a recruitment branch but also a multidisciplinary center that enhances our global offering.

Over the years, we have expanded our expertise. Initially specialized in seasonal trades, we are now experts in recruiting talents for both seasonal and highly specialized needs. Moreover, our Mexican office now serves as a platform for global talent recruitment. This evolution has solidified our position as a leader in the field of international recruitment. We are now proud to have supported over a hundred employers with the recruitment and integration of more than 800 workers.
