Mexico: the nerve center of our global network
Strategically located and with a deep tradition in labor mobility, Mexico has become a key piece in Equinox’s international strategy. From this base, we not only manage domestic recruitment, but also coordinate teams in other countries and lead selection processes across Latin America and Europe—especially focused on countries like France.
Currently, our Mexico team consists of around 10 professionals specializing in recruitment, accounting, legal support, integration, and operations. Their experience has been essential to ensure transparent, efficient, and more human processes for both workers and hiring companies.
