Before embarking on their trip, candidates receive training to prepare them for their new life in Canada. The “Worker’s Guide” provides practical information about labor regulations, rights and responsibilities, local culture, and social adaptation.
In addition, those who participate in the Socio-Professional Adaptation (ASP) training acquire tools to integrate more quickly into the Canadian work and social environment, reducing the risks of cultural shock and increasing their chances of success.

Airport operations: a strategic welcome

On the day of arrival, the integration team carries out a coordinated operation at the airport. Whether early in the morning or during the day, Equinox staff are always present, ready to welcome the workers, assist with documentation, facilitate communication, and resolve any unforeseen issues that may arise, such as flight delays, work permit issues, or lost luggage.
