Equinox World’s Participation in the APESIQ and ACGQ Golf Events
In our mission to continue improving international recruitment, we recently participated in two important golf tournaments that provided us with valuable opportunities to strengthen our industry relationships and identify new talent needs.
As sponsors of the Québec Golf Association (ACGQ) tournament, we had the privilege of interacting with industry professionals, particularly in the field of golf course maintenance. This event proved to be a valuable opportunity to establish new relationships and discuss how our expertise in international recruitment can be the key to solving challenges related to personnel management.
Similarly, our participation in the Québec Provincial Interior Systems Contractors Association (APESIQ) golf tournament allowed us to connect with key players in the construction sector, such as manufacturing companies and general contractors. During these meetings, the need for specialized labor, particularly in roles such as drywall installers requiring CCQ certification, became evident.
We were able to demonstrate how our expertise in recruiting and integrating qualified personnel is essential to meeting these needs. Additionally, these interactions helped us refine our understanding of the current challenges in the sector, such as the impact of rising interest rates on the residential market.
We have not only strengthened our visibility in key sectors but also laid the groundwork for future strategic collaborations.
